30-Night Risk-Free Trial

We offer a 30-night risk-free trial so you can try StillHand at home.
If you’re not satisfied within 30 nights of delivery, you may request a return in accordance with the terms below.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date your order is marked as delivered (based on the carrier’s tracking information).

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return under our 30-night trial:

  • The item must be returned in good, functional condition (no intentional damage or misuse)
  • All included components must be returned
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

  • Original packaging is preferred but not required.

Verification Requirement

To process a return, we may request:

  • A photo or short video of the product
  • Confirmation of the issue or reason for return

This helps us improve the product and ensure fair use of the trial.

How to Start a Return

Email contact@stillhand.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue or reason for return

We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with instructions.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You’ll be notified of approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days

Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include clear photos or video showing the issue

This allows us to assess and resolve the issue quickly.

The issue must be clearly visible in the provided photos or video.

Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

We will provide a replacement or full refund at no cost.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses
  • If a package is returned to us, reshipping fees may apply

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.

Fair Use Policy

Our 30-night trial is designed to give every family a genuine chance to try StillHand™.

To prevent misuse:

  • We reserve the right to limit returns in cases of repeated or excessive refund requests
  • Returns that show clear signs of misuse, intentional damage, or incomplete items may not be eligible

This does not affect your rights under applicable consumer laws.
